Absolute Poker
Posted by admin | July 28, 2008 | Posted in: Reviews | Comments (0)Last year, Absolute Poker released a new 8.0 version of their software. Since then, it has won awards for the software that has improved their player base. Automatic updates are sent directly to you if you have their software downloaded. There’s some bad news for Mac and Linux users, though. They are only able to play through the instant play option. Absolute Poker has some really player-friendly options.
Players can benefit from a 200 hand history that doesn’t have to be saved to your hard drive, player notes, player chat, and extensive player statistics. Loyal players get some great perks, like ability to have private tournaments open only to people they choose to invite. Their 200k guaranteed weekend tournaments with deep payout scales attract several players to test your skills against. On Saturday alone, Absolute Poker currently guarantees to pay out 150k. It’s a great pull to those wanting to get serious in their poker game. Some minor downfalls might dissuade some players though. Because Absolute Poker’s software only supports the PC system, Mac and Linux users are limited to instant play. Support only available through email doesn’t provide the same quick response to your questions that live support does. New poker players might find Absolute Poker above their skill level when operating the advanced controls. Despite these things, Absolute Poker offers wonderful software and graphics to enjoy and a vast amount of tournaments in which to partake. Read a full review at http://www.clickplaypoker.com/‘
